The sites I like best are UB and All In Poker. The deposit reloads on UB are are good incentive (especially when they offer 100%) but could take forever to redeem depending on how much the ante is on tables you play. I also like the fact that they offer Triple Draw, which is something I like to play when I want to play something other than Holdem'.

All In is a good site too. It's a Prima network affiliate that offers members monthly bonuses by playing on the cash tables & tournaments and inviting others to join. They kick back something like 51% of the total rake back to it's members. If you join, they set up a pyramid like system for you where if you invite anyone to join, they are put into what they call your downline and you make a percentage of their rake - as well as whomever they get to join as well. They almost went under but just got some new financial backers and have redone their system with all sorts of new perks. It's pretty good.
