Default Pokerstars customer support not so hot today?

Ive emailed them multiple times today with no responce. I was planning on re-depositing tonight, but am getting alittle worried that the once 10 min turnover time is now not replying to me in the wake of all these legal problems.

Anyone been able to get a responce today?

this is crazy.. i was about to go to the grocery store and make a wire transfer later this evening.. guess i shouldn't do that anymore.. i've emailed them also, but no response.. but then again, there are probably thousands of players emailing them asking what's gonna happen.

    WOW

I send them asking if i need to make a first deposit before cashing out, because i do not want to get stuck having a closed account, and not have ever mad a real deposit. So i asked if i needed to make one before cashing out.

    This send me this reply

"We appreciate and share your concerns about the bill which passed in
the US Congress regarding the funding of internet gaming.

PokerStars' management and legal team are examining the bill and at
this time there has not been any decision made one way or another with
regards to accepting business from US customers.

All player funds are kept in a segregated account at a leading
European bank. Regardless of any developments, your money is safe and
    accessible at any time.

As always, we thank you for playing on PokerStars.

    Regards,

    Maureen
    PokerStars Support Team"

Not even fucking reading there emails anymore, just fucking sending out the same thing to every person who emails them.

Very disapointed at the once awsome customer service.

Just emailed them for the 3rd time trying to get an answer

"Thank u for 100% completly NOT answer my question AT ALL.

So, for a THIRD time i will re-send my question.

    "So, my
question is, if an announcement is made that Pokerstars will close to US
customers, will i be able to cashout? Many sites require a first deposit
in order to cashout, but since i never actually made an official deposit,
will my money just be stuck there?"

I would apreciate an actual answer this time to something even close to what my question was. My question was bout withdrawing, NOT about anything to do with congress.

    Thanks"

Again, not my question what so ever.

Im not wondering if my money is safe. Im wondering if, since i have never actually deposited, whether or not i will be allowed to withdraw my money, if accounts are blocked from better. Most sites dont allow u to withdraw without depositing. So if they block us from being able to bet, i highly doubt i can deposit. If i cant deposit, i cant withdraw. Thats what im trying to clear up

i would think that you are asking a legitimate question but it is getting lost in the tons of other questions they may be getting right now due to the congressional bill. i would chill out and ask the question in a couple of days when they arn't so inudated with the same question you got two answers for already.

Perhaps if you call them up, you might be able to get them to listen to your question and respond to it. They have a phone number, right?
