Any suggestions? where do I get it (for free)

Poker Office is my choice, it keeps track of your and your opponents play and shows statistics on your opponents right at the table. You can get it here; http://www.pokeroffice.com/free.html. You do have to sign up to a site and play a few hands though.

PokerOffice took up too much resource on my laptop, so I decided against it.
PokerTracker + PokerAce HUD = Perfect combo for my SnG and MTT game.

has anyone ever tried this program called coach rounder? i downloaded it yesterday just to see what it did. anyways it lets you upload your hand history, and then this guy called roy rounder sends you a report telling you everything you are doing wrong right or whatever. This guy has a lot to say some of which would be pretty useful once you upload enough hands. it might be worth checking out sometime if you get the chance coachrounder.com

Yeah I was getting e-mails from roy for awhile and then he disappeared for a bit but I just got one yesterday...he normally has some very useful tips
