As some know on the forums, I'm working as a consultant with
FTP now and I write reports on my experiences bi-weekly. I will stress certain subjects in every report until I get feedback on them because I'm one in many and as great of a site as they are, everyone needs to be reminded. Little of what I suggest would show any result for a long time and probably none of what I suggest would show immediate results.
But this is what are the first things in my mind:
1.) Allow for 200bb max. buy in's for NL games.
2.) Lower the min. buy-in in PL and NL 6max. games to 40bbs. There isn't much money on the table as it is and the shortstackers are killing good games simply by occupying a seat.
3.) Find a way to include a "run it twice" option in PLO ring games.
4.) Include a Beginners tab with micro games in the toolbar for new members to bang around the software and decide how they like it for 90 days. This is the next step to becoming the monster you want to be. People railbirding high stakes games raise traffic, but don't generate rake or take seats at tables.
5.) Allow people to only change seats once every hour at one table. This is a rule that everyone can follow and 6max. games are turning into musical chairs.
6.) Add a 1/2 pot or a 2/3 pot quick bet in NL games. Along with the 100bb max. buy in, the bet pot and allin as the only quick bet options are making the cards dictate too much of the cash games.
That's what I have thusfar. What would you add?
