Poker Stars never ceases to amaze me in their customer service. I just started playing there again for the first time in over a year and I'm continuously blown away. For that reason, I've had some exchanges where I didn;t get what I want and I know it's a misunderstanding and I need to clarify because they won't screw you or issue faceless mea culpae at you with no compensation.

This post = + = a reading experience that is

Anyone who can't accept the Pokerstars amazing customer service explanation is, IMO, self-dellusional.

And your abusive email replies just prove you need to lay off the 'roids . . . .

I dont know what to say. The dudes net sucks and he gets a d/c w/ Q high yet you think he did this on purpose. Your problem is; you suck at poker. If you were good, you would not care that much about this hand.

hats of to pokerstars for dealing with kind of shit on a daily basis.

oh and I will be taking my money out of PS. mainly b/c the software is slow. and b/c i dont like the 6max nl games there.
