After a number of fairly non-eventful sessions; that saw the two players swapping small leads, Antonius finally broke through with a $328,000 win. The huge swing happened in just 290 hands, putting the total played up to 13,246/50,000.
Durrrr did take $1.1 million off of Gus Hansen in a heads-up PLO session, which should soften the loss to Antonius.
Durrrr, who is having a terrible 2009 (highstakesdb.com shows him at -$2.3 million for 2009) is on pace to lose an additional $3.5 million to Antonius -- although, there is still a lot of poker to be played.
But look on the bright side Tom; you only have Phil Ivey to play next!

they're playing 200/400 right, so he's up about 12 or so buy-ins. If I was Durrr I wouldn't be too happy with the way things are going

Twelve buy-ins in heads-up PLO between two aggressive players isn't a gigantic amount.

NO IT ISN'T, I said that already. Multiple times
BUT, when you are spotting someone 3 to 1 on a $500,000 bet any lead the other player takes is horrible for you. And , if Patrik can maintain his lead or increase it, I'm sure he will be a lot less willing to gamble. If they had 10,000 hands left to play and he was up $500,000 he could just fold every hand and walk off with 1.7 million of durrr's money.
Plus, durr will have to start pressing if he's down big, further along.
It's laughable for you to guys to think he isn't concerned about the way things have gone. I highly doubt he's thinking "I'm only down 12 buy-ins to one of the best players in the world, with 1.5 mil extra on the line, no biggie". That might be what he's saying, but it's not what he's thinking.Read my musings on poker and life at Online Poker Examiner, Poker Examiner, PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog
