About LinkBacksI have $129 in my paypal account that I want switched over to my Cake account. I will ship the $129 to your paypal for $120 Cake.
Anybody able to do this?
Also if anyone knows, do you have to have your paypal account "verified" to be able to send money to another paypal account holder?

No you don't, getting it verified simply ups your transfer and recieve limits.
