cashing out

Basically i purchased a ticket for some gig and i kinda need to Re coup the costs. So i took down a mtt for 3rd and 77 dollars.
the question is

How the hell do i cash out on party poker the bank transfer is only for euros the other transfer has some ridicilous fee of a 5er on it! help please.
