Think thats just it - the option of the buyer being able to chargeback cash after the trade/sale leaving the other person screwed out of cash. Also the reason why some ebay sellers don't accept bids from new people (0 feedback) on high priced items. From what I remember reading the buyer isn't able to chargeback on electronics - could be wrong about that part.
In the end it looks like a win situation for the buyer - looks like you could sell something 2 months later you realize the money was given back.. negative feedbacks help stop or alteast help avoid those kind of people. (check out the link) Chargeback FAQ - PayPal
