Cause zaco7 and me tried to make transfer but since he didn't have available balance in his paypal account he sent me the money via echeck. Means before the money is cleared at paypal you don't have the money. It can be cancelled any time without a question.

same thing for me. I gave him the option of waiting till it cleared for me to send money, or I would just refund his paypal.

I declined payment cuz it seemed fishy. Just didnt wanna deal with it
