Transfer $3,900 >> Pokerstars

Hello, I am new to the forums as I am looking to transfer a large amount of cash onto pokerstars which will roughly be around $3,900. My original idea was to transfer/put up to $5,000 onto Pokerstars but this will not happen as I will no longer use epassport and Moneybookers for payment.

Here are the methods I can use to pay:

*Full Tilt Money: $400
*E-Gold: $250
*PayPal (Verified Bank user- Older account) - $1,100
*Bank Wire (you cover the fee) - From Canada (to US is $17, international $35 - approx...) - $1,100
*Via Mail Ship/Transfer - $1,000 (Depending on location; Rather not do this but will.)
