Hey there and welcome.
I realized you are right about the issue with mobile devices and online poker. I'm surprised a big player hasn't caught on. Would there be an issue on Android, the quick searching I just did indicates no "great"" way? You using a VNC? I could even see PokerStars sponsor a device
with the perfect app for the game. Apple would be bitches to deal with and would want 30%, so screw them... android would be the way to go.
