Default Thoughts on this play?

Last time I posted a big win I got chewed out for bad plays, lol. But looking back I realize now it was a crappy play. What are your thoughts on this big win? I was terrified of 2 pair, but won.

Only thing I fear here is higher PP.

I generally like your play, although I would raise the flop considerably.

I don't like your play here.

Your hand is vulnerable and you are only calling on the flop? You needed to raise this PF and flop. Play this hard and make people pay to draw out on you.

I would normally raise PF with this but the guy who had already raised PF hadn't played all night, so I actually was afraid of KK AA, and I knew I'd lose em both if I re-raised(unless he had the KK or AA).

I didn't re-reraise on the flop because one bet, and another reraised, so I was sure they hit some low cards, and maybe 2 pair or pocket kings. At this level these guys tend to bet when they hit and check on a draw.

I still dont like the play. Yuo are calling bets without gaining any information at all about where you stand. A healthy raise after the flop sends a message that you are serious about the pot. It should chase anyone who hit a small pair or is on a flush draw.

Someone coming back over the top on you is annoncing they hit a set or maybe 2 pr.

I think your calls are playing scared and inviting a small pr to suck out on you. I tend to play very aggressively to end the hand quickly unless I have a lock on the hand. You may give up some profits, but you also avoid those river heartaches.

i dont like the play here.. u need to re-raise this preflop for sure.. this will save u money after the flop, just incase someone has KK or AA..

for example.. if the initial raiser has KK.. u flat out call his raise.. flop comes
10 9 5.. he bets out the potsize.. what do u do then? raise? if so.. then he probably re-raises you.. and what can u do now?

this is why u need to always re-raise preflop with QQ.. u need info on whether this guy is playing KK, AA or AK/AQ.. if u re-raise, and he holds KK or AA, chances are hes going to re-raise u again.. and this can be a easy laydown for you preflop.. therefore saving you the money that u would have bet on the flop/turn or river, if the board had all under cards..

if your gonna re-raise make it about 3-4x his raise.. so in this case raise it to at least $1.80 or $2.40 preflop.. personally i would have raised it to $2.40... if u re-raised chances are the hand would have ended right there

your flop play: you NEED to raise this flop.. raise it to at least $6.00.. you need to do this for information.. cuz otherwise if u just flat out call, and they come out betting again on the turn and river.. what are u gonna do?

re-raising preflop with QQ is a MUST.. otherwise u will just end up losing a bundle to those times that u have QQ and some other guy has AA or KK, and the flop is all under cards
