nah, you will get several. I have had a bunch.

Start playing Omaha, you will even get more.

you'll get plenty of straight flushes....royals on the other hand......50k hands and only ONE hand where i would have even hit it

Like Beavis said if you want royals play omaha, I've had at least 10. So many now I don't even know for sure. Only 2 playing Hold Em

My first straight flush was about a month ago in a SnG. Only won a tiny amount of chips.

Ah well it makes me feel better to know there might be more than one in my lifetime!

Thought I read or heard that somewhere tho...must have been royal flushes as Dee said.

Suppose I'll have to play Omaha then! I have tried it, but I just got confused, cos every hand it looks like I have something!!

try not to get too many straitflushes b/c if you do you ploay too loose.

in about last six months i've had 1 royal and 3 or 4 straight flushes in holdem...all in tournies tho, nothing in cash games

I only had 1 straight flush ever and ridculously missed it. There were 4 people in the pot and the river which made my flush was the 8 of hearts making 3 eights on the board. I thought oh well my flush cant be worth anything here and checked it down.

I then was shocked as the chips moved towards me!

i've only seen 2. and one of them was the spades royal flush! and it knocked me out of a MTT just before the money after 3 hours of play! i'd limped with 56 of spades and got fucked by a guy with AJ of spades! i think they made the royal by the turn and played it weakly and i pushed on the river.
