Won a rebuy tourney after being the first to bust out

I have 700 more reasons to smile!

No limit tourney, like 15 players- $100 to enter with 1 rebuy for the first hour.
After 30 minutes I pick up pocket kings...stupid me, I dont raise enough pre flop or after the flop, which produced 2 clubs, to steal the pot...only then do I go all in, and I get called instantly by a guy with two clubs in the hole, who hits hits flush on the river.
So after like 30 minutes, Im out... and I'm livid at how I couldve made such a stupid mistake. Anyhow, nobody else is even close to busting out, and I have nobody to play in a cash game with on the side.
I debate for like 20 minutes whether to buy in or not (another $100 bucks lost would be a big hit in one night), and right before the hour's up, I buy back in. After 3 hours, I emerge the tournament winner...taking $900, minus my 2 buy-ins....

As I said, 700 more reasons to smile!

how can you not raise kk pf and not bet it on the flop?

congradulations though, rebuys are hella harder imo.

i said that i bet pre-flop and after the flop....just that i didnt raise ENOUGH...i shouldve gone all in much earlier...thanks for the well wishes.
