Post-flop you played perfectly. If you aren't calling the river here 100% with this type flow to the hand you are leaving money on the table in the long run. You have to be SURE you are beat on the river in limit to fold to a single bet with this pot size, and you can NEVER be this sure (>90% with this pot size). I am calling with any pair here once it gets to the river with this pot size.
