OK, so it was just for fun money but last night I was playing a SNG and my hand was AKc and as I should have I raised preflop, everybody but 1 player folded, he called. The flop comes down KTT, pretty darn good for me, or so I thought. I checked (as to trap) and he bet, so I doubled his bet and then he went way over the top all-in, I thought about it for a few seconds and called. We were the chip leaders at that point and he had maybe 200 chips more than me. So the cards are shown and sure enough he has TT (DOH !!!!!!!!). Oh well its just fun money right? Anyways the turn is a K, still I am thinking 'well thats nice to see but too little too late'. So now for the river and you guessed it
That was incredible, 2 players with quads, does anybody happen to know the odds of something like this happening?
PS. Love the site

quads odds
Just to make you feel bad..Onsome sites if that had happened and you were playing for low limit real, you would have won a part of anything around $5000 under the 'bad beat scheme'
..i.e it doesn't happen that often.
The worst I've seen is Tillermans Quad Aces being eaten by a runner runner Royal flush... that hand also ate about $2k of his bankroll as well.....

That hand would not qualify for the "bad beat jackpot" on party.

If you really wanted to know the odds, you were about .2% on the flop and about 2.5% on the turn.

Wouldn't it? They used all the hole cards? [TT]TTK and [AK]KKK, so it hsoudl qualify, unless your refering to the limits or something.
