I do like to play my suited connectors... 10 9 / 8 9 / 7 8... not really any lower... not usualy open raising them, genrealy flat calling in late position with them looking to hit or out play them with position...
This time i open raised with 10 9 spades and i floped a flush draw and gutshot straight draw so i donk/cbet about half pot..
Hal Lubarsky re raises to $7 so i flat call...
Turn comes a Qc... i check as i have a up n down straight draw with a 10 high flush draw...
the only thing that i could see shipping it would be JJ or over pair... i could see him flat calling QQ pre flop late position...
so i check, hoping for him to ship it so i can call..
and he surely does. i instant call.
and he turns over KJs... im gutted, now im down to up n down straight draw with 1 less spade for my straight draw..
anyways heres the results..

I am a n00b, so I might be calculating this wrong... but it looks like
31% equity needed to call turn when he shoves given you put him on JJ, KK+
34.8% equity given the bet: pot
so it looks like a good call given the range that you had him on
