I had been playing the past two days and losing left and right to the fishies. Lost 3 of 3 tournaments, this morning lost on all tables $.1/.2 limit hold'em and then playing some 2nl and got stacked twice on one table (10s vs As, forgot the other) So I decided to take a little stabbed at $.25/.5 limit, a few orbits I say. I win the first pot $4.65 with a straight. yay! Then this was my last hand for the night.

The reason I didn't raise preflop was because I was trying to minimize my losses haha. Silly I know. I was in early position, and I didn't want to have to call 3 bet and fold on flop when the high cards came.
In addition, this was my largest pot I won in awhile
I'm ALWAYS on the losing end of these. I was relieved on the turn when my set came!

thats a HUGE STEP going from 0.1/0.2 to 25/50....
and to see that these players only had like $10 at the table is LOL'able....
dont play out your BR...
you got lucky with the 10 on turn, if it had not of come, you probably would of lost and been in even more crap considering you play NL2... thats 5 BU's for you...

Yea I'm going back to $.1/.2 limit, its just really frustrating there grinding you know? Can do awesome one day being up alot, then lose it the next day and have to start over. I did get lucky on the turn, but he also got lucky on the flop
I wouldn't have been raising the river if I didn't have the full house, I actually would have folded the river prob with the flush possibility. Also yesterday playing $.25/.5 again, I lost $6. I realized that $10 is NOT enough for $.25/.5 even tho that is the min suggested.
