nice takedown, but your line is not particularly believable and the preflop open is definitely bad

Dude that was insanely reckless. A knowledgable player might pick you off there. That all in looks very very bluffy.
You're also lucky you didn't run up against a frustration call. SB only had $100 to start the hand and had $59 in the pot already. He might have had to make a committed call with Ax or PP there.

Thanks for the advice both of you. I am deffinately trying to outplay the regs and win every hand, which I can see is a leak.
@Wallace, I am fairly sure he is calling with his entire range of Ax here, it is still profitable if is betting his whole calling range pre, however, I don't think he is.
@Squeezy, post flop is probbably bad/marginal in this specific situation and horrible vs most players. I am interested however as to if opening the CO with Q4o is bad in general when all are 100 deep or (as epected) if you mean the 4bet. I am struggling to deal with getting 3bet libraly from the blinds and generally playing 3bet pots. It just hasn't been a problem but for maybe 10 NL100FR regs who play back.

i mean, if the people behind you are out of control tight, it's an ok open raise. i generally fold pf the first time without thinking twice, though. the 4bet can be fine, doesn't really matter what your cards are when you're bluffing. as long as you think he's 3betting you kinda light it's ok.
postflop i'd prefer just to bet $25 on the flop than do what you did. it risks a lot less to similar effect.

I just didn't think people flatted 4bets, maybe it was too small, I think he could deffately crai me on the flop without the goods but prehaps I'm wrong. Looking at it again, it would be fairly ballsy to call me down with TT-QQ here.
He 3bets from the BB very librally, moreso vs me due to me opening the top 70% on the button. 3bet of 8.5% and a FBBTS of 68%. This is 1k hands vs each other so there is deffinate history and need for doing this with some hand at some point, I'm not doing it vs TAG regs (most of them here are 12/11 standard and streight-forward).
My reasoning for this situation was that he might know that I am aiming for the dead money 3betting me light, but prehaps he would therefore just ship it and think I'm FOS anyway.
The 4bet flat confused me as I could not range it, presuming AK,AQs,TT+ prehap maybe even tighter. Which makes the turn bet hard.
