If the solid read was the guy who raised called his wife over and said "Look Honey, all this action and look what I've got" then made it $45 or that he had played with the guy for the past 2 years and just somehting about the way he moved his chips made Wallace think the guy had the nuts I would agree with this.

But seriously, you can't fold the 64 there for 100bb because "you don't want to be in a race of sorts"

I don't see why Wallace is getting so much hate for making a great fold. Yes folding the second nuts will be terrible in most cases, but I'm assuming he wouldn't fold that every time he got reraised. With that many people in the pot damn near half the deck could result in a loss if everyone is holding quality hands. Any flush card, any card pairing the board, or even any straight card could give someone a higher straight or a chop at least. There was just too many bullets to dodge and I understand Wallace not feeling comfortable putting his money in that spot when the game is weak enough to pick up pots later on. Good fold Wallace!

Well dont get me wrong, I would NEVER in a million years fold that 64 there. I dont care who I was playing with I ship it in so fast.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

It seems obvious enough, but when you have the table image that I do, and a good player who recognizes my table image making the raise, my fold gets a lot easier.

It is so pointless to stack off here, especially when 1 of the players who has called $45 only has about $100 left, and is likely on a heart draw. I certainly don't mind getting it in against the hearts, but the fact that the re-raiser nearly had me covered really slowed me down.

I'm not interested in getting my whole stack in as a 33% favorite, even with 2nd nut. These cash games are way too soft to be picking spots for all my money like that.
