Stop.
9k is too much to lose. It looks like you're playing on adrenaline. Tournaments are particularly bad for this - they are very addictive. The big prize and the potential payoff for the damge to a BR incurred over time is a strong lure.
There are some very good players here. These winners are grinders in most ppls terms. These guys who have spend hours wondering how to squeeze out an extra 1bb. These are guys who can beat 100NL tables - but play at the 25NL tables becasue there is more money there. You need this mindset.
One or two here might disagree - but my view is that you are your Bankroll in this game. Really accomplished players move their BR up in a controlled way. If you are feeding your bankroll you're a gambler. There's nothing wrong with that if you enjoy it and can afford it. There is a scale of gambling addiction.
1] Debts of less than £50 /month - mildly addicted. Low problem area
2] Debts of £50 - £200 / month - strongly addicted. Cautionary area. Likely to escalate.
3] Debts of £200 - £1000 / month - Addiction problems.
Debts of greater than £5k (=$10k) in the UK sustained over a period of months raises questions about quality of life...
