I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Rakeback
When you play online, depending on the pot size and the site they take out a percentage which is called the rake. Rakeback, which I don't believe is offered at pokerstars (never seen an ad for it) but is offered at other sites like Full Tilt Poker, Cake Poker, etc etc, is a percentage of what the site takes in rake that they give back to you either at the end of the day or the end of the month. The percentage they usally give back is from 25 to 33 percent usually.

No rakeback at 'Stars, same for bonuses, which makes you wonder why so many people play there.

They do have rakeback(well kind of), and bonuses. Plus americans can't play at your eurodonk sites, and the MTT's are better.
