The trick with an MTT, besides winning, is getting to the FT with a nice stack. You were short stacked (7 BB you say?) because you tightenup up at the wrong time.
MTT's pay so top heavy that you need to shoot for the top 3, the time commitment required isnt worth it to just get ITM. Before anyone gets too critical, how many players, what was bi and payour structure?
