This is why we don't slowplay
Cos you get yourself into shit like this. To be fair to him, once that turn card comes out it's very hard for him to let it go as the only hand he can realistically put me on with a ten is TT. I'm still not loving his play though.
I have this habit recently of hitting the nuts on the turn so I was like "obv, shipaments"

I really dont like the play by him on the flop with both the flush and straight options out there. But in his defense I am sure he was thinking you would bet and he would raise you. Due to the call of the reraise preflop.
O btw NH

This was an attempted c/r, not a slowplay imo

Well he gave me a free card, which constitutes slowplaying imo.
Bad spot to c/r as well imo given that board.

Check-raising is fastplaying if anything. It's an indicator of a good hand whereas slowplaying is giving the impression of a weak hand. When somebody CRs you don't think "oh, he's weak."
But I think this was a slowplay anyway.

Yeah it's a strong play when you raise, but the whole point is checking to induce a bet (ie. slowplaying).

Touché, salesman. But if you say "slowplay" to me I think of check-calling.
