I just noticed the aggression stats, do you cbet 150% of flops? You make me look like an uber nit.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

haha, well actually for these last 14k hands i've really toned down my cbetting a ton (a huge leak of mines was cbetting too much, so im trying to fix that).

Before this month I would have cbetted basically any HU flop (regardless of position), and any 3 way flop that was checked to me when I was in position, all regardless of flop texture and opponent. My PT stats for cbetting while playing that way was around 77%. My aggression stats by street was something like 11/8/2 for a avg AF of 7.

However these last 14k hands i've really toned down my cbetting (checking more flops and doing delayed cbets instead, checking down A-highs on boards that are likely to hit my opponents range, checking down smallish pairs when OOP on flops that I think I will get floated a lot on, checking behind flops with marginal hands like middle pair that cant stand a flop raise versus aggro flop opponents especially on flop textures that im likely to get raised on, etc.) and am paying a lot more attention to flop texture and my opponents tendencies on the flop (especially taking into consideration their fold to cbet % and the raise cbet % stats). And therefore my cbet percentage in PT is now like 62%.

Why such a huge difference in flop/turn AF's to river AF? I think mine are like 4/3/2, do you cbet and double barrel alot and then stay fairly passive on the river?
