I dont know how full ring plays but as played i probably give up on the turn against an unknown who check raises. I would assume that this flop hits his limp/calling range. Something like two pair or a set(i dont think minraising with a straight draw is possible). If you've seen him get out of line, it's a different story.

If we take it from the begining i think you should raise to 5$ preflop, bet something like 8$ on the flop and 3bet his minraise.
