You should always bet this flop.
1. 1 pair isnt really big enough to slowplay
2. You need to build a bigger pot so your all in on river isn't a huge overbet.

On turn did you bet 75c into $2.50? Bet around $2.

On river I think the pot is $4, bet around $3 here.

You should very rarely bet anything that isn't between 1/2 pot and full pot in a cash game.
