The old "I know I'm better than you so I'm gonna do this crazy move just to show how much I know" followed by "how's he calling? I'd never do that!" If they don't understand what you're representing, it won't work.
When you sit back and just play simple poker you'll be amazed at how easy the micros become, and how much you really love the fish! The other day at NL25 there was this donk sitting next to me who would bet every street and call every raise with practically anything. He lucked out a few times (including against me once) but I sat there thinking "if I get a big hand, I'll stack him". Sure enough I pick up AA and hit the set, he calls off his stack with air, nice.
