Default I love being a LAGtard

I had been pushing the table around for a little while and had been able to build my $100 BI up to $150 on sheer aggression alone. So when this hand came around, I guess the villain was sick of me.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed)

UTG ($100)
UTG+1 ($43.10)
MP1 ($115.20)
MP2 ($86.90)
Hero ($149.85)
Button ($143.45)
SB ($51.45)
BB ($158.35)

Preflop: Hero is CO with , .
3 folds, MP2 raises to $2, Hero raises to $8, 3 folds, MP2 raises to $22, Hero raises to $149.85, MP2 calls $64.90 (All-In).

Flop: ($238.25) , , (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: ($238.25) (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($238.25) (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $238.25

Results in white below:
MP2 has 7c As (two pair, aces and queens).
Hero has Kc Ac (two pair, aces and kings).
Outcome: Hero wins $238.25.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Question McJ.
I tend to play a very TAG game at full ring $100-$200NL (13VPIP/8PFR).
How do you know when to slow down with your LAG play because almost all true LAGs I see at full ring invariably end up donking off their stack by treble barreling into the nuts.
