Okay I accidentaly entered a NL O8b 45 man SNG....I played the game ONCE prior to this in a ML ring. So needless to say I know next to nothing about the game, not that I wouldn't like to learn the game at some point.

So I was wondering what you guys who know how to play the game think of this hand, did I at least play it okay? Should I have played it at all, is it a good starting hand, etc.

    Finished 10th overall

A2 is always playable for one bet, so no problem playing the hand.

You flopped the nut low (I wonder what that would be like, seems like then I have A2 the flop always has at least an A or a 2 in it) - you have to bet that. Too bad more people didn't stay in. The turn was perfect for you, too bad you didn't have more chips .

Now, seeing as how I suck at Ob8, sear everything I've said from your memory and wait for someone who knows WTF they're talking about to respond.

Why was the turn perfect? The turn was a card that had nothing to do with his hand, and opened up a flush draw and a straight draw. The river was better.
