I don't like the laydown. You may not beat a lot of possible holdings, but given his bet size, It's worth a call.

Given his bet size of 8 x BB?? thats exactly teh reason I folded, I absolutely have to assume he had top pair on the flop.

i think your only beating a busted heart draw. Q7 has you beat. any Ace, any jack. GOod lay down.
However your river bet is bad. this i guess was a defensive bet. you either chek, or bet stronger, a skilled player will usually know you feel bad about hand, and will raise you. .20, into a big pot is bad, bet 1$ if you wanna play defense.I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

yeah its a dodgy one. As soon as I saw the river I knew I was beat. I think the .20 river bet was just frustration. Sometimes you just know, and I wasn't wasting anymore on the hand. in hindsight the only reasonable thing I feel I could have done was take down the pot on the flop, but in the long run this is not going to be as profitable, with 2 pair I want callers, and sometimes, unfortunately, you get fisted on the river.
