Ok, so I'm going to Vegas in about a month and I want a set gameplan before I go. Ive been playing online the last few months and I'm pretty happy of where my game is. Still, I usually play pretty small games online, 025/.50 blinds, sitting in with about $50. I know they dont have small games like this at casinos and im wondering exactly what kind of gameplan I should have before I go. Im not sure exactly how much cash Ill be bringing but It'll be a few hundred dollars. Im wondering what kind of suggestions you guys have for me.

Do a search...I wrote a short Vegas review recently and within the last 2 months there were several threads.

If you are only bringing a few hundred dollars, I would suggest going to the Luxor or Excalibur. Both spread $2/$4 limit games, and the competition is pretty soft.
Also, I would avoid tournaments or SNGs. The lowstakes tournaments have rapidly increasing blind structures and short levels, and so they degenerate quickly with lots of all-ins. The SNGs are somewhat similar, but more importantly, only pay the top 2 spots, unlike any online games you're used to. Thus, IMHO, I would stick to the lowstakes limit games to get the most play out of the bankroll you plan to bring.
Finally, I posted some reviews of different casinos recently (just do a search for "mxp2004" and "Vegas"). You can also find a lot of good information at www.allvegaspoker.com.
Good luck and have fun!

Don't bother playing limit then if you think like this. Might as wellhave some fun and play the lowest NL game you can find.
