Default Too cute from the BB?

    Converted by PokerGeek
    Absolute Limit Hold'em Ring - $2/$4 Stakes (4 handed)

SB is a really loose, somewhat aggressive 65/12/.75 and the CO is reasonable PF a bit weak post-flop 23/10/1.

Preflop: Hero is Big blind with ,
CO calls, 1 fold, Small blind calls, Hero raises, CO calls, Small blind calls

    Flop: (6.50 SB) , , (3 players)
Small blind checks, Hero bets, CO calls, Small blind calls

flop bet was mostly to see if anyone was still interested in the hand, I knew I probably couldn't get the SB out, but thought that the CO would fold if he wiffed this flop. Him calling was suspicous, he either had a big made hand or is drawing to the flush

    Turn: (4.75 BB) (3 players)
Small blind checks, Hero checks, CO checks

I hit here, probably should have bet. I was still suspicous of the CO figuring he could still be slowplaying a flush, I checked planning on betting any non spade river card

    River: (4.75 BB) (3 players)
Small blind bets, Hero raises, CO folds, Small blind calls

    Final Pot: (8.75 BB)

Edit your post and you'll see how to make stuff bold.

The numbers are stats (probably from PT). I'm guessing they are VPIP (how often you put money in to see the flop)/Pre flop raise %/ bb per 100 (not real sure on this one).

Its VPIP/PFR and postflop aggression, I know .75 doesn't seem aggressive but when your VPIP is 65% that is alot.

Thats a LooseAggressive PF, and Passive. SO When he bets, He's probably got a little something.

I bet this flop, for the same reasons you did. Then I bet the turn because I can actually beat some hands now, and again that 6 looks like a blank, so I bet again.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

flop bet was reasonable because you want to know how your hand is going to fair if you make some sort of pair or straight, bet the turn for value, considering you beat ALOT of hands that just call you on the flop. then you get a great river card, however i just check call the river, b/c there is a decent chance somone is doing a very weak job of playing 2 pair, a set, small flush, etc.
however, a river bet is reasonable. its a complete blank. this is what makes limit hard i think, in no limit you have alot better idea of what everyone has.

which is why i play mostly no limit. lol.
