well, you got all your money in with the best hand i assume
i'd rather not play tricky out of position - just cap flop and lead turn J96 w/club draw is too much for me to risk giving a free turn card.

Why call the 3 on the flop and then the check/raise on the turn? A single pair isn't strong enough to worry about extracting money... a single pair you need to bet to protect it.

your hand is far from good enough to make a "fancy" play with post flop. AA or a set go ahead and get cute with it. With QQ and someone who obviously is going to call you down I would just play it straightforward. even with that ragged flop you still have to fear any Jack, King, Ace, or club so you're far from a lock to win
Getting fancy like that may cause that AK or AQ or 88 to fold where he might check call the whole way

I dunno, having less than 6 BBs in front of you is a bad mistake to make aswell.
I agree with the others on going for a check-raise on the turn, seems like you are just trying to "look cool" or baffle your opponent. He isn't going to fold anything you don't beat already so your play is just odd.
