Playin $.25 NL 6 max at AP. I'm Button with J9h 4 limpers preflop (including MP, SB and BB). Been sitting for like 5 min no real reads on anyone. Flop comes JavaScript Qh 5h SB and BB check to MP who bets the pot size of $1. I raise to $2.50 and its folded to MP who calls. Turn is Ac and MP bets $1.25 and I just call. River is 6h and I've made my flush, but he again bets $1.25 into me, which frightened me a little cause he may have been betting a higher flush draw. I just call and take the pot down with my J high flush. He didnt show cards at the end just mucked. What should I have done differently?

You need to re-raise the river his bet is to find out what you have. He doesn't want to check, see you bet 5$ and he'll call anyway. So he's trying to find out how much strength you have. I'm guessing he had two pair..

Well, you needed to reraise after the flop to give your JavaScript a chance to win. This scared off some potential callers who might have sweetened the pot. On the other hand, they may have had a better flush draw. Even though your hand is very vulnerable, I kind of like the play after the flop. MP's bet on the turn tells me that he doesn't have an Ace and is a little scared of the A that hit the turn. If he didn't come over the top on the flop and bet small on the turn, I don't put him on a set, 2 pair, or Ax. He either has a flush/str8 draw, Qx, Jx or maybe pp. So the only possible hand that I could see him having that beats you on the river is Kxh. If he has this, he's only worried about Axh. If he's smart, he wouldn't put you on the Ah, so he would probably have bet higher on the river. Since he didn't bet more on the river, he thinks his hand is vulnerable. You probably should have reraised for value. If I had to guess, I would say T9h.

seems to be played well, yo ucut his odds building to the river, and he had to make the call. Definate reraise here, but I would only reraise min as you just sat down. I've been burnt like that b4, if you dont watch b4 sitting, and the guy might have been really tight...but calling that bet post flop...hmm...
