The last thing I want to do is to be the instigator of a 'is online poker rigged?' debate. We all know it is not. But I found this quite odd and wonder whether it has something to do with the way online decks are shuffled or just some crazy freak instance.
online MTT on VCpoker, first hand in early position I have AA. I raise 8 x bb. called by 4 players 5th one raises all in. I call, and so do the other 4!! Couldn't believe it. It was a $5 tourney and whilst you do get some idiots 4 at opne table seemed strange. we flip over our cards and I'm amazed to see AA, KK, QQ, JJ, 1010.
I've seen plenty of 3 way pockets all in's but 6!!! unreal. needless to say 1010 won with 10's full of nines, and the flop came in the order 991010.

how many times do you see that though....compare that to the amount of hands you ever played and if you think about it....its bound to happen once or twice with in a specified amout of hands......just like the lottery......

Board should have come:
T J Q K A
That would have made everyone sweat a little more, just to give everyone their chips back.

I've seen some pretty crazy things while playing online...
3 people flopping a set
4 people flopping a flush
Straight flush beaten by a higher straight flush
For the record, I still don't think it's rigged though.

erm... yeah of course, but the chances of this are slimmer than the lottery. Someone I'm sure will correct me if I am wrong but roughly speaking you have 16-1 chance of being dealt a pocket pair. simplified the odds of 6 people being dealt a pocket pair in tehsame hand is therefore 16 to teh pwer of 6, or something like 16,777,216 - 1

correct, but it would be interesting if everybody who's never seen this chimed in with how many hands they've played...While my number would be shy of 1M, I'm sure there are at least 17 people with over 1M hands that have never seen this...

if you think you have that good of chance to win the lottey.....insert joke here.....
odds of winning the lottery
http://members.cox.net/mathmistakes/rawdata.htm
3,838,380 to one for regular lottery (which is better than what you have)
80 million - 1 for the power ball
either way you ought to consider yourself lucky to witness such an improbale hand
