Well I don't have much experience but here's my take and I've recently just started playing .25/.50 so take it for what it's worth. I don't see a reason to slow play at this level much. People still tend to play junk or any 2 suited alot of times so I don't see the reason to give them free cards. Most of the time they'll call you anyway especially if you're in EP. I'd bet the flop.

I probably bet the flop, they are always looking for reasons to call.

bet flop, bet turn, bet call river.

You still probably would have lost, but you didn't give your opponent a chance to make a mistake.
