    Default Critique these hands

Just looking for some input on these hands the first one was more of a building the pot type thing, was I wrong to do so? Second hand I think I may have overcalled on the end, I pushed a little hard I guess to see how strong he was I figured either a straight, weak ace (or AK) or I was beat, was I wrong to get this aggressive on the river in hand 2?

I have no problem with the first hand. You jammed the flop with Nut FD and ISSD...when you didnt hit you slowed down. Thats fine.

I have no problem with the second hand either. That was a bad beat. If the button had reraised you on the turn then maybe I could have backed off from jamming the river, but he didn't indicate 2 pair so there is no way to know hes hit a bigger FH. I'm thinking my FH is good to his trip A.

First hand is fine. I'd play it the same way.

Second hand looks good until the river. I would hold off on the three bet as unless the guy is that tricky or that stupid you pretty much have to figure you just got drawn out. You certainly had pot odds to pay off the raise though as there is a slight chance he could be holding QJ or Ax. But the hand screams 2 pair with the ace with the turn slow down and the raise on the river.

the 1st hand is dabatable...to me...but I'm probably playing it the same way...I know I would on the flop, it's just a matter of whether I called the turn bet or not.

The 2nd hand I would play the exact same way. I would have put him on 1 of two hands based how he played it...either Ax or Kx either way, I would have thought on the river he hit his trips or he hit his str8 on the turn and was trying to be cute. Either way, no way I put him on a higher FH...

1st hand is good, you could have called the 3-bet but I like the cap and would have done the same since you have so much equity. Turn is good, semi-bluffing here would do no good and the river is fine, a bluff there would have been a bad play against 3 other players.

    Nicely played

2nd hand, you played it well you weren't going to shake the other player though, he had top pair and a gut-shot on the flop and drew to 2-pair on the turn. The river it looks like he probably hit trip aces or had a king and was being fancy as Trons said. At this level I would never fold your Queens full, and at higher levels it is more player dependant, you will get called and raised by worse hands so you can liberally raise for value. You aren't going to run into alot of good players at .25/.5 so unless this guy is a major mouse you played it right.

    Nicely played
