You have to bet the flop. #1 a check looks way more suspicious, #2 there is only 1 player left to act so your chances for a check-raise have diminshed, #3 you have 3 opponents in the pot for a pre-flop raise, someone must have overs, a draw, a smaller pair, whatever. you need to bet the flop.
You gotta bet this on the turn too. If the player behind me called again the river IS THE PERFECT oppportunity to get cute and go for a check raise.Read my musings on poker and life at Online Poker Examiner, Poker Examiner, PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog

Not too bad. Did you take it?
I would have probably went ahead and bet the turn though. I hate checking too the river to get someone to bet. I will usually just go ahead and bet it if nobody has done so by the turn.Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R
KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

Yeah, you have to bet your hand while you can. This isn't like NL where you can make a big score on the river by trapping.
I'm CDO. It's like OCD, but everying is in order just like it should be.
