I'd like to hear other persons thoughts on the vig concept. I understand the math that Phyto is using, thats clear cut. I gotta imagine though that the fact that you have one more player has an impact on how the overall vig impacts you.

I don't think the number of people is relavant to the vig. The number of people determines your odds of winning and the pot (more people = more risk and bigger reward), but the fee for playing remanins constant. The smaller the percentage of the buy in the better.

I am a poker Stars junkie. Although I have now found a way to fund my middling SNG habit. I have an account on Royal Vegas with ridiculously easy .10/.20 NL tables. I use that account to generate a steady profit that I pump into my poker stars account.
