I have a friend who made one just like that, he said it cost just over $200 for material, I don't know if its the exact figure or if he over-exaggerated. It was exactly like the one in the link above.

check on ebay.. they got a billion just like that one. it could give you an idea of the general price range there going for.. i built two poker tables and the only expensive thing was the felt.

$200-$250 based on the looks, would have to actually see and feel the table to get an idea of what the quality of the table is.
