I thought for a long time...counted my outs as 3Js, 2qs, 4ks for the win...this guy had been fairly agressive, but his usual bet was pot sized when he was holding a decent hand...and his hand selection wasn't the greatest, but his chipstack was fluctuating quite a bit.

I liked this card when it fell...but after he raised my bet, I had to stop and think...Any K beat me...Plus a hand like AT...I thought over the way the hand went down and made my decision...what should I have done?

Ugly flop! I really didn't like the on the turn for the reasons you pointed out - that is any King has you praying for a boat on the river with only 4 outs. I think survival is more important to winning a tourney than gambling on a single hand if there isn't good reason - like being short stacked and below 5M. I probably would have folded on the turn (and hate doing it) after he went all-in since my stack wasn't big enough to absorb a loss and still play for a come-back.
