Easy... you don't get aggressive with A4o from EARLY POSITION against a LOOSE TABLE.

If your bets are likely to get called, then you have to play solid values. A4 is not even close to a solid value from EP. Just fold until you get a big pair and push and expect to triple up.

The cards were spitting in my face. So much so that A/4 looked really pretty. In fact, after this hand I just tried to wait until I got something and I wound up getting blinded down to 3xBB and pushed all in w/ Q7 suited.

haha these ideots raising and calling pf with K ang J high. gotta love it. i think a stretegy for victory here is folding each hand. looks like the fish will bust each other out for you.

also don't raise A4 from ep like you did. especially if the table is loose.
I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

Have you read HoH? The one thing I learned from it was that you need to make moves earlier... around the time your M (both blinds combined) was around 5. so with blinds at 50/100 I'd be all-in or fold at around 750 chips or so. It's always a good idea to pick spots where you're the first raiser, and it's even better if there's a single limper in front of you and your cards are live (A2 isn't a good hand in my oppinion... J2 is probably better if you get called).

But the hand at issue... you can't always win. I'm sorry, but it's a fact. If you don't find any good spots, that sucks... but it doesn't mean you should start wasting chips on plays with 0 chance of success. If you KNOW your bets will get called and often reraised, you need solid values. You can trim your requirements because your opponents are playing trash (like ATo may be a hand to play against them with)... but this hand ESPECIALLY from early position is a clear mistake.

Dude... I'm sorry but you have to play any kind of SNG very Tight-A...

That means you fold A4 from EP... I would also fold AQ BTW in normal game conditions...

Just tight you game up a bit, and it should be fine.

I love a bunch of aggressive donkeys in a SnG because if I stay out of it until I have a hand a huge 95% of the time one donkey gets all the chips and then I get a ton from that putz. Just aviod the donkey rides and wait till you can plow em down.

In a SnG, I try to sit back until the blinds get to like $50/$100 and only play very strong hands. Let the idiots like this weed themselves out - usually they'll lose the chips as fast as they win then. When you get down to 3 or 4 people, start to losen up and steal some pots.
I'm CDO. It's like OCD, but everying is in order just like it should be.
