I wouldn't have check/raised the turn... not because it's a bad play, but becuase I would expect him to check behind pretty often.

A pair and a flush draw is a pretty strong hand... I like the bet on the flop, and I would have no problem being all-in on the turn. You had all your money in and he had 3 outs... I like the play fine.
