You only have a 30% chance of winning against a set, which is what im assuming you are against, maybe 7s or 5s, also might be KK. I dont know, had this person been defending their blind alot?

Definately defend blinds a lot... but play pretty well for what I saw.

You're getting 2-1 in the pot.
You have to put your opponent on a strong range of hands... a set, an overpair, 2-pair, a pair of Queens, a flush draw.
A set you're in trouble against... you do not have the odds to call here. 2-pair you have a varying number of outs... from 14 to 12, while he has only 4 (or fewer) redraw outs. You're right around even in equity against 2-pair.
A flush draw without a pair is drawing virtually dead. This is his bluffing hand though.
An overpair is unlikely because you said he's a good player, and a good player doesn't slowplay AA or KK when there's that kind of raise from the button, but it IS a possibility.
If he has a random Queen he is drawing virtually dead... but that is the most unlikely of all.
Figuring he has a 10% chance of bluffing and dividing the rest of it up as 10% overpair, 50% set, 30% 2-pair... I would guess you have around 35-40% total pot equity here, or 1.5-1 against. I would lean towards calling. Of course, I could have his range way off... there are some players who would ONLY make this play with a set and you shouldn't be calling there. There are also plenty of players who make this play with KQ and against that aggressive a player you simply cannot fold your big hand.-You may not know this, but poker is a game of incomplete information.

i push this as well.. if he has a set, then u still got some outs to outdraw him.. if he has KK.. then ur a favourite to win the pot.. if hes bluffing then then u have pretty much won the pot.. also i doubt a set would have bet out this hard on the flop.. most likely if he had one, he would have check-raised.

I pushed here as well...
I really tought he was on KQ or QJ, but he was on KK, and of course I did'nt hit... if I hit I dont even post it...
I'm happy to see most of you would have pushed in in those 3 situations, but I have bad news for you: YOU WOULD HAVE LOST!!!!!
I hope poker gods will put me in better situations soon... really soon... cause despite the fact I cased in 5 of my last 9 MTTs in cluding a victory and another top 5, my bankroll has decreased. Unbelivable...
