If you've just flat called PF, looking to see a cheap one, and someone from LP to BB decides to raise the minimum amount (NL,) are you obligated to call?

depends on the number of callers, odds, your hand, and the perception of the players playing against you.

You are almost forced to call if there is any multiway action going on due to pot/implied odds, depends on stack sizes of course.

I would say 90% of the time, everyone else who was looking for a cheap flop is calling the min raise. So yes, you're pretty much obligated to. I just wanted to see what everyone else thought.
I was at a table with a guy once who did it every hand he was involved in. Regardless of position/players involved. I asked him why and he said "I'm just building the pot."
Why not play the $0.50 table then instead of the $0.25?!?

as long as you both have a decent chip stacks you have to call.
