I know people say your nuts unless your playing the nuts ( i know the PF call is bad but am i really supposed to lay this down later in the hand?)

dont play limit omaha unless you are playing high/low.

Limit omaha is a terrible game, and really hard to make any money at.

In limit, I wouldnt fold this.

so is it really not worth playing limit omaha? i thought it could be a good game to make money at because there are usaully like 70% flop seeing percentages.

the edges are so small and you really can't exploit them.

people rarely make significant mistakes post flop (if they are making mistakes at all). you have to play so tight to have good edges - then you can't exploit them like you can in PLO. This all my own opinion, so take it for what it is worth.

I tried it for a whilie on party but it was just to brutal. I don't think any serious poker players play it. It isn't included in most mixed games, it was dropped from the WSOP.

I recently read that Mason Malmuth had predicted years ago that the game would die. He stated it was a terrible game, but I never read why.

ah, it seems where i play people make terrible mistakes postflop, i see people cap with a straight on a paired and 3 suited board all the time.

Yeah a low limit Omaha hi game is full of fish. You just play premium hands and draw to the nuts and you'll win quite a bit in the long run.

People always make mistakes in this game such as his original hand, it's a mistake to play it. but even worse are the people that call with bottom set and bottom 2 pair when you have top set or with a non nut flush and straight draw.

You can definetly make money at this game and it's good for bonus clearing.

have you played a lot of limit steve-o?

I found it to be excruciating. doesn't seem like you want to put much money in on the flop unless you have redraws.

I only played a few hundred hands on party, but i found L08 to be much more profitable.

I've played some, both at party and at hollywood

It is boring and I'm not fond of it but if you can find a table with 1 or 2 horrible players it can be very profitable.

Basically if you are a super rock this is a good game to play
