im playing in a nl tourney with 5 others and its early in the tourney. ive been playing pretty aggressive, only laid down a few hands pf up to this point. im dealt KK in UTG+2. blinds are t25-t50. UTG raises to t200. i raise to t600. the table folds around, and he min raises to t1200. i know the guy puts too much value into Ax suited, and at this point im thinking there is only one hand that beats me right now (AA), and maybe this guy grew a spine and thinks im trying to steal again and is playing back at me. he has been playing pretty tight, but i know how this guy plays, and he could do this with QQ or even maybe AK. i push all-in for t1500 more. is this a good move or should i get the heck outta dodge and fold?

Yeah, I'd push in a heartbeat.
I'm CDO. It's like OCD, but everying is in order just like it should be.

With the player that you described, this is an easy push. I'd also note that you are playing at a shorthanded table. While that doesn't eliminate the possibility that you have run into AA, the odds of it are much lower when you are one of 5 people at the table than when you are one of 9 or 10.

Tight isn't necessarily tough but if that's a solid player his minimum re-raise after your 3x raise tells me he doesn't have AA. A passive-tight might just minimum raise AA but a tough-tight would re-raise you at least another 600 or put you all-in with AA. I'm guessing he had A-K or A-Ks/A-Qs.

I'll push KK all in PF just about every time, there's only 1 hand you need to be concerned with beating you at that point.

Folding is not a option. If anyone folds in this situation they are just playing way to weak, Unless you have a incredible read to be almost postive your up vs Aces. (Which is highly unlikly)

NOOOOOOOOOOO WAY you can fold KK here...
I mean, you have been really agressive and loose if I read you post well...
He probaly have an under pair or AK...
If he have AA shake hands and walk off the table, thats all...
