I read an article by Roy Rounder about Sit & Go's. He said early on you should bet or raise all-in pre-flop with the monster K/K and A/A. I've done this and was successful, I've done this and no one called, leaving me with a unsatisfied feeling of just taking the smaller bets and blinds.
Is this the correct play suggested by Roy Rounder or should I bet a reasonable amount pre-flop, let 1-2 people see the flop and go from there?
This is for $10+1 and $5+1 sit and go levels.

i think it depends on where you are playing, if your on PP with not a whole lot of starting chips and pretty fast blinds then I would just go all in, if you are on PS where u start with almost twice as many chips and the blinds are slower I would put in a 4-5x raise and play it from there. You are a lot more likly to have the allin called on pp then ps because of the structure
If there wern't luck involed i guess id win everyone

Totally disaggree - IMO, it's a waste of a rarely obtained hand. Better to put in a good 3x-5x bet and hope someone raises you - then re-raise to pot size. If he has a hand he'll put you all-in. If they just call your initial raise, bet the pot on the flop and hope for a re-raise or an all-in from another player who hit top pair. If you hit a set, slowplay unless the texture is threatening (i.e. flush or painted str8) - then go for a quick close with a pot sized bet.
